Thrive In Paradise (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides 5-night/6-day wellness retreats in St. Peter, Barbados, including accommodations, daily programming (yoga, coaching, sound healing, excursions), meals, and optional spa services. Flights, airport transfers, insurance, and incidental expenses are excluded.
A non-refundable $500 deposit secures your spot.
Full payment must be completed prior to the retreat.
Accommodation tiers: Single Room Pricing per person ($5,500), Shared Room (Double Occupancy) Pricing per person ($3,900), Shared Bed Pricing per person ($3,500).
Deposit is non-refundable.
Before 61 days: Refund minus deposit.
31–60 days: 50% refund (deposit non-refundable).
30 days or less: No refund.
Substitutions may be allowed with prior written approval.
Travel arrangements are your responsibility. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance including coverage for cancellation or emergencies.
Respectful behavior is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior endangering the group, without refund.
Participants must disclose relevant physical or mental health conditions. Some activities may require physician approval.
All materials, curriculum, and content are the exclusive property of Thrive In Paradise. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Your data is used for booking, communication, and updates. We do not share your information without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We are not liable for loss, injury, or damages during the retreat, unless caused by our proven negligence. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control. Refunds or transfers in such cases are at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be resolved in Barbados jurisdiction.
